Because we are unable to exchange between products at different prices. we’ll process a return for a refund on your original order and have you place a new order for the higher or lower priced pair of Migraine Shields glasses.

Migraine Shields are currently available in non-prescription. If you wear contacts, you can still wear the non-prescription glasses throughout the day and evening. 

If you would like to wait for prescription glasses to be available, we expect them to be available in Q3 2020.

The average processing time depends on a variety of factors that include order type, order completion, and submission of complete prescription info.

Generally speaking, prescription orders (eyeglasses and sunglasses) are fulfilled 7-10 business days once prescription and billing info is approved

For non-prescription orders, sunglasses are 5 business days; while eyeglasses are 7–10 business days.

All Migraine Shields lenses come standard with a 60-day warranty against manufacturing defects — including defects in materials, workmanship, coatings, and cracks. Incidents such as scratched lenses, normal wear and tear, improper cleaning, dislodged lenses, or exposure to excessive heat are not considered manufacturing defects.
